Maintenance Technician who not only knows their way around tools and machinery, but also wants to learn more about machine operation and preventative maintenance.- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, forklifts, compressors, HVAC, and more
- Support preventative maintenance and safety programs
- Assist with prototype builds and hands-on work with engineers
- Contribute to company events, compliance programs, and facility upkeep
- Be part of a close-knit team that values reliability, initiative, and continuous improvement
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience
- Basic welding, electrical, and plumbing skills
- Forklift/scissor lift experience (certified preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow into advanced equipment maintenance
