Maintenance Supervisor

Myan Management Group, LLC. in Southlake, TX is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Lake Jackson to keep our apartments in working condition, provide customer service and assist the property manager in the operation of the property and supervise the maintenance staff. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

As a property Maintenance Supervisor, you keep our property in attractive, safe, and quality condition. You manage make-ready technicians, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. You work closely with your Property Manager, notifying him or her of needed supplies, employee performance problems and potential liability claims. You train our maintenance personnel and ensure the satisfactory performance of contractors and vendors. Safety is your priority. As such you report safety hazards to the property manager and correct them on a timely basis. You take pride in the great condition and attractive appearance of the grounds, buildings, and units under your supervision!

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Two years maintenance experience in property management
  
• HVAC and EPA certification
  
• Ability to be available "on-call" 24 hours, seven days per week
  
• Valid driver's license
  
• Drug-free

SUPERVISOR WORK SCHEDULE

This maintenance manager position typically works 40 hours or more per week. You are "on-call" for emergencies seven days per week, 24 hours per day.
