We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Maintenance Personnel to join our team at a self-storage facility in SW Minot, ND. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping the property clean, safe, and fully operational for our tenants.- Perform general building maintenance
- Ensure all trash is picked up from the property
- Pull weeds and maintain landscaping; ensure doors are clear of ice and snow in winter
- Inspect and repair any broken doors, locks, or latches
- Regularly check vacant units to confirm they are unlocked, clean, and ready to rent
- Inspect occupied units without locks and report any irregularities
- Meet with tenants to remove overlocks as needed
- Clean out units when necessary
- Previous experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or facility upkeep is preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be dependable and able to communicate effectively with management and tenants
- Basic knowledge of locks, latches, and tools
