We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated
Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and care for several rental properties in the Northwest Arkansas area. This role includes a wide range of tasks such as lawn mowing, minor repairs, basic carpentry, painting, and general upkeep to ensure our properties stay in great condition.- Perform routine property maintenance including lawn mowing, weed trimming, and yard cleanup
- Complete small repairs (e.g., leaky faucets, broken door handles, patching drywall)
- Conduct basic carpentry work (e.g., replacing trim, building small structures, fence/gate repairs)
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Inspect properties for potential maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe working condition
- Respond to service requests and maintenance calls in a timely manner
- Occasionally assist with property turnovers between tenants (e.g., cleaning, small upgrades)
- Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field
- Working knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in property maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver�s license
- Strong time-management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Own tools and equipment (not required, but a plus)
- Experience with rental properties or multi-property maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
Pay is based on experience and scope of work. Flexible scheduling available.
