- Monitor, make drive adjustments to optimize shredder performance.
- Trouble shoot, diagnose, and correct issues to keep production on track.
- Execute preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections, swiftly identifying and addressing any product variances.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of production activities.
- Promote and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your workspace.
- Assist other departments as needed.

- Mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on problem-solving.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 70 pounds.
- Comfort and stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
