Overview:
The Tournant is a vital member of the culinary team, responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of menu items across various stations during service. This role requires advanced culinary skills, strong recipe comprehension, and the ability to adapt quickly in a high-performance kitchen. Under the direction of M's chefs, the Tournant ensures dishes meet brand standards and exceed guest expectations. Candidates must be willing to work five days a week (40+ hours). Open availability is preferred.
