Location: 54-383 Hospital Road, Kapaau, HI 96755
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shifts: 8-hour shifts / 5 days a week
Shift Coverage: Must be able to work Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
- Local W2: $35 - $40/hr
- Travel Pay: Higher rate available for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the facility
Kohala Hospital, a small critical access hospital located in North Kohala, is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for a 13-week contract. Candidates must be flexible to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role involves working in Med-Surg Adult, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings.
- Active LPN License (Hawaii) - Must be currently active
- BLS/BCLS Certification - Required
- Minimum of 1-2 years� experience in LTC/SNF/Med-Surg preferred
- Must be able to relocate or travel to Kapaau, Hawaii
- Travel candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
