We are looking for compassionate

• Provide health care services in patients'
  
• Perform domestic and household tasks
  
• Transport and accompany patients to doctor's offices or hospital
  
• Administer simple prescribed medications
  
• Assist with clients' personal care activities
  
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
  
• Maintain patient care records and document provided services
  
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
  
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
  
• Collect routine specimens
  
• Provide companionship and essential emotional or psychological support
  

• Proven working experience as a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN)
  
• Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens
  
• Familiarity with essential nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  
• Proficiency in English
  
• Nursing and health care administration skills
  
• Caring and compassionate personality
  
• Must comprehends the basics of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
  
• Must understand and respect client's including ethics and confidentiality of care
  

• Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN)
  
• Must have CPR or BLS training
  
• Must have current health statement
  
• Must have required Continue Education Units (CEU�s)
