Pay:
- Travel LPNs: $1,780 - $1,830/week (gross)
- Local LPNs (within 75 miles): $40/hour (W2)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Utica, NY. This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension. Both local and travel candidates are welcome to apply.- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a 40-bed skilled nursing unit
- Float between units within the same facility as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using PointClickCare (EMR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patients' health goals
- Adhere to established nursing protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Active LPN license in New York State
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- At least 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or rehab settings
- Willingness to float to all units
