Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team serving the Columbus, Dublin, and Upper Arlington areas. With a flexible schedule, manageable caseload, and a supportive leadership team, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact without sacrificing balance in your life.- No Shift Work: Say goodbye to 12-hour shifts and overnight rotations.
- Manageable Caseload: Care for approximately 6 patients per day-no more than you can reasonably and effectively serve.
- Flexible Scheduling: Structure your day to meet both patient needs and your personal commitments.
- Local Territory: Travel within a focused area (50-70 miles/day) with mileage reimbursement provided.
- Limited Weekend Rotation: Weekend coverage only every 5-6 weeks.
