We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Loss Prevention Associate to help prevent theft and ensure the safety of the client's assets. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering an excellent opportunity for those looking to contribute to the success of our store while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.- Monitor store premises to prevent theft and fraud.
- Conduct regular surveillance and audits to identify potential loss prevention risks.
- Respond to and investigate theft incidents or suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement when necessary.
- Report all incidents and risks according to company policies.
- Maintain an understanding of current loss prevention trends and techniques.
- MUST have unarmed security license through DPSST
- Previous experience in loss prevention.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work between 15-35 hours per week.
- Understanding of the law.
