We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Shipping & Logistics Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensure that all products are professionally packed, labeled, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our shipping process - from preparing boxes to coordinating logistics - and help maintain a smooth and efficient fulfillment operation.- Prepare and assemble boxes and packaging materials for daily shipments
- Pack products securely and neatly to meet quality standards
- Create and print shipping labels using our order management system
- Coordinate logistics with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
- Ensure all shipments are accurately documented and tracked
- Maintain organized and clean packing/shipping area
- Manage inventory of packing materials and reorder when necessary
- Communicate with the production team and customer service regarding order status
- Perform quality checks before shipping to ensure product accuracy and condition
- Support other warehouse or fulfillment-related tasks as needed
- Prior experience in packing, shipping, or logistics is preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills (for creating labels and tracking shipments)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physically able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
