Our People Make the Difference! Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Loan Servicing Operations Representative! Your Purpose

You will be responsible for performing central loan servicing functions related to loan maintenance and processing minor to complex processes. Proactively identifies issues or needed changes, recommends resolutions and participates in quality improvement efforts. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas, utilizes multiple system applications, and assists in multiple areas of department in completion of duties by management.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess* High School Diploma and minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required.

• Proficient in member service, relationship management, organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving, adept at prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners required.
  
• Proficient in Credit Union products/services, policies, procedures, regulations, lending systems, security agreements, and terminology; dedicated to continuous learning and adapting to new skills and software applications.
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  

What You'll Do

To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager:* Performs Loan maintenance tasks, including but not limited to loan payoffs, escrow analysis, impound account maintenance, loan modifications, monthly Insurance reconciliation, and ordering loan related documents required from third party vendors

• Process a large volume of inbound and outbound lending related phone calls from members and co-workers, and collaborate to identify effective and efficient service to members
  
• Responsible for the accurate completion of assigned service requests while maintaining established service level requirements for their completion. Resolve any loan exceptions or corrections, research payment issues and discrepancies
  
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union�s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union�s policies and procedures and current promotions.
  
• Preform other lending or related duties as assigned
  

Salary Range: $20.69 - $28.51

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
