Hollow Contracting Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable
Loader Operator to support operations at our hot plant and crusher. The ideal candidate must have strong experience operating loaders efficiently and safely in a production environment. A willingness to perform routine maintenance, including greasing equipment, is essential.- Safely and efficiently operate front-end loader to feed the asphalt plant and crusher
- Maintain proper material flow and stockpile organization
- Grease and perform basic maintenance on equipment as required
- Inspect equipment daily and report issues promptly
- Assist the plant crew as needed for overall operation efficiency
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Proven experience operating loaders in a construction or plant setting
- Knowledge of loader capacities and material handling techniques
- Ability to perform routine maintenance, including greasing and visual inspections
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to work extended hours and in varying weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
