Performs general linen functions which may include stocking linen carts, delivery of clean linen and collection of soiled linen. Responsible for serving our customers, ancillary departments and visitors with high standards of linen distribution and processing. May perform as traditional cleaning duties on a rotational basis or as need arises.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with linen processing preferred.
- Good phone skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations without evidence to patients and visitors.
Location: Rutland Regional Medical Center · Linen
Schedule: full-time, day shift, 5am - 1:30pm, every 3rd weekend, rotating holidays
