We are excited to be opening our new distribution facility in Indiana using state-of-the-art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint. Our 400,000 square foot facility will serve as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally.

As a Line Trainer you’ll identify, develop, and provide high quality technical training, enabling new and current employees to effectively perform their jobs.

What You Will Do* Train non-exempt warehouse employees on processes and technology.

  • Partner with leaders to identify appropriate technical training and development needs.
  • Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training, provide TWI Job Instruction training, and coach employees on creating job breakdown sheets and instructing effectively through the Job Instruction methodology.
  • Perform audits to minimize technical training gaps.
  • Contribute to the training effectiveness and quality notification process.
  • Provide analysis and metrics regarding learning effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process by carrying out dexterity tests for potential employees.
  • Maintain training records.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in current training materials and procedures, and implement modifications.
  • Participate in LEAN events and courses to obtain LEAN Level 1 Certification.


What You Will Bring* Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Certification: Training within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction Train the Trainer Certified (Level 1 Preferred).
  • System Experience: Some experience utilizing a Learning Management System. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Skills: Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate well in a team environment.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
