Line/Sautee Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook with Sautee experience to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  
• Availability for breakfast/lunch and/or dinner schedule
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and handling
  
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
  
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed
  
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  
• Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests
  
• Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency
  

• Proven experience in a culinary role within the food industry, preferably in full-service restaurant settings
  
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
  
• Ability to plan menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences
  
• Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on meal preparation techniques
  
• Familiarity with catering services and serving protocols
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
