AM and PM Line Cooks, who are proficient in a high volume restaurant!Setup, run and breakdown service.
During service, cook, assemble and plate dishes - menu changes seasonally and specials are created each day & evening. All cooks are part of the creative process, especially the Lead Line Cooks
Follow sanitation and restaurant standards while being part of "the team"
