We are seeking a talented and passionate Line Cooks & Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook or Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meal preparation, and maintaining food safety standards. Duties


  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, including seasonal offerings and special events.
  • Assist In food handling and preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies, Possible Helping Chef placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Help with kitchen operations for efficiency, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Participate in the development of new recipes and menu items that align with the restaurant's vision.

Skills


  • Proficient in food service techniques, including meal preparation and culinary skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in Casual/fine dining environments preferred.
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts and innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
