- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety and culinary techniques.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures.
