Qualifications:

Provide exceptional customer service.

Must be at least 18 and pass a background check.

Maintain a valid security guard card in the State of New Mexico.

Must have a reliable vehicle.

Navigate smartphone apps like a pro for scheduling and reporting.

Sit, stand, walk, and lift (25 lbs).

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in any element of weather.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Stay level headed in stressful situations.

Ready to work any shift, including weekends, nights, holidays, and extended hours.

• Monitor and secure the retail environment to prevent theft and ensure safety.
  
• Utilize CCTV and surveillance systems to observe and report suspicious activities.
  
• Manage conflicts and provide assistance to customers and staff as needed.
  
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security issues.
  
• Respond to emergencies
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and law enforcement when required.
  
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and maintain a valid Guard Card.
