Summary


This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative professional with experience in legal marketing, content creation, and project coordination. You will collaborate directly with attorneys, the firm administrator, marketing committee, and external marketing partners to maintain and grow the firm’s visibility and branding efforts.


Responsibilities


  • Drafting attorney bios, and marketing materials
  • Creating content and graphics for the website, social media, and email newsletters
  • Posting to social media channels and helping with content updates
  • Assisting with submissions for legal awards and directories (e.g., Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Chambers)
  • Updating the website with new content, bios, and edits as needed
  • Creating and supporting firm presentations and materials in PowerPoint
  • Uploading contacts and maintaining email lists in HubSpot and ContactEase
  • Proofreading and formatting articles and posts
  • Coordinate internal content, such as blogs, newsletters, and marketing committee requests
  • Tracking marketing activities like conferences, business development efforts, blogs, and memberships
  • Initiating and supporting proactive marketing projects to elevate the firm�s visibility and showcase the attorneys� expertise
  • Assisting with special projects, such as holiday gift coordination and firm video content


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in legal marketing (law firm or in house) required
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot (or similar CMS), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Canva, and WordPress
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable communicating with different teams
  • Experience with legal directories/awards submissions (e.g., Chambers, Super Lawyers) a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Ability to visit an office as needed for marketing or firm social events


This is a part-time hourly position, pay commensurate with legal marketing experience. It will be 15-24 hours/week (some flexible based on availability and workload).


For all remote positions, in order to ensure employees can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual workspace. This means an appropriate, quiet, semi-private, home office space with your firm issued laptop, external monitor(s), and external keyboard/mouse set up, which includes minimum internet speeds of 30 MBPS. Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
