Gans Law is a

criminal defense law firm based in Maitland, Florida. Our attorneys are former prosecutors and law enforcement officers. We’re passionate about justice, client care, and creating a supportive work environment. We're looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients and a key player in our small but growing legal team.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls with empathy and purpose, converting leads into consultations.
  
• Handle all aspects of the client intake process-gather information, assess needs, and ensure accurate data entry
  
• Follow up with potential clients by phone, email, and text.
  
• Monitor multiple client lead platforms simultaneously and immediately respond to requests for legal help.
  
• Schedule consultations and internal meetings for attorneys
  
• Manage the admin email inbox, ensuring timely, professional responses and proper routing
  
• Open and close client files with confidentiality and attention to detail
  
• Review attorney calendars weekly and send client reminders via text or call for upcoming appointments and events
  
• Support the legal team with filing, scanning, document prep, and front-desk coverage
  
• Participate in dual training with our legal support team
  
• Optional weekend intake calls available with additional pay incentives
  

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized - you thrive on structure, checklists, and taking initiative
  
• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience in a professional setting (legal preferred)
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  
• Experience with Clio Grow or other CRM tools is a plus
  
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Excellent communication skills when speaking with clients and law firm team members.
  
• Friendly, professional, and eager to grow with a fast-paced law firm
  
• Reliable transportation to and from our office in Maitland, FL

Days/Times: M-F 9am-5pm
