Job Details* This position holds primary responsibility for the community’s move-ins and occupancy.
  • Prepare, implement, and execute a quarterly strategic leasing and marketing plan, including forecasted average weekly numbers of inquiries/referrals, tours/screens, and move-ins.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources and community members.
  • Collaborate with facility-level and local/regional corporate management to achieve all leasing targets.
  • Compile weekly marketing reports on inquiries, tours, move-ins, move-outs, and marketing efforts.
  • Review weekly report data to evaluate the performance of current strategies and create new strategies to consistently achieve objectives.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution for all facilities, in collaboration with colleagues (including but not limited to activities personnel).
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director, the Director of Nursing, and other team members to identify prospective resident needs.
  • Participate in relevant events, associations, and professional networks.
  • Maintain local market intelligence, including competitor occupancy, rates, programming, and amenities.
  • Prepare marketing materials and favors for community tours, marketing events, and referral sources..
  • Comply with all regulations as they apply to assisted living communities and participate in the safety team and other internal committees, as required and requested.
  • Collaborate with activities personnel to ensure community newsletters and other communications are professionally prepared and presented.
  • Offer flexibility within the role along with the ability to work varied hours, which may include evenings and weekends, to accommodate off-hours tours, phone calls/emails, and move-ins.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications* Experience in senior living or senior care business development, marketing and/or admissions.
  • Outstanding skills in relationship management, communication, organization and problem solving.
  • Accountability for achieving professional objectives is required.
  • Experience creating and managing marketing and leasing plans preferred.
  • Undergraduate or associate's degree preferred but not required.
