Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional Leasing Agent for The Lodge at Marlton in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The Lodge at Marlton is a beautiful senior tax-credit apartment community.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role or assistant manager role is desired. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, leasing apartments, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties as assigned. This position would also be responsible for planning, coordinating and carrying out activities for the residents of the community. Candidate would be responsible for developing the community newsletter and calendar.
