• Support community operations - Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, and keep the office and community areas looking professional.
  
• Stay compliant - Follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment - Follow safety protocols and report any hazards to management.

Qualifications:* LIHTC experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  
• Ability to work both in an office setting and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Flexible work schedule, ability to work weekends

Requisitos:* Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente (requerido)

• Horario de trabajo flexible, disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana

• Cell Phone Reimbursement: You will be provided a mobile phone allowance of $30 per month.
  

• Vacation Time: Employee will accrue 3.38 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  
• 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  
• Sick Time: You will accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked with a cap of 48 hours.
  
• Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  
• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
  

Compensation Details:

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Walnut Creek California is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. Hired applicants will also be eligible for a monthly commission based on performance indicators. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
