Job Summary:

Essential Job Responsibilities


  • Customer Service

+ Provide guests with rental vehicles as needed

+ Ensure rental desks are staffed during rental hours

+ Document any exceptions to policy

+ Document any damage to vehicles prior to and after the rental period

  • Rental Vehicle Scheduling and Maintenance

+ Create and process Rental Agreements according to set procedures.

+ Scheduling maintenance per manufacturer as indicated and as needed

  • Communication

+ Communicate with Nissan Manager the status of rental vehicles


Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Duties/Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years� related experience required.
  • Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.


Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
