Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm during the school year (August 20th-June 26th) with summers and school breaks off

Here’s what a Lead Preschool Teacher’s day looks like:

• Safety is our number one pillar! Ensure each student's health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols
  
• Lead preschool and enrichment classes for children ages 2-5 while using our unique, creative and original curriculum to bring learning to life!
  
• Support each student in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth by learning through play in a positive and caring way
  
• Engage daily with parents and caregivers, sharing your classroom�s day-to-day activities and developmental milestones

Requirements:

• Hold 2+ years of lead teaching experience in an early childhood classroom or Pre-k, Kindergarten, or grades 1-2 (required)
  
• Have a Bachelor�s Degree or Master's Degree in early childhood education or related field (required)
  
• Have a New York State Early Childhood Initial or Permanent Certification in 1-6 or B-2 (required)
  
• Are a lifelong learner!

The pay rate for this role is $68,000.00

Physical Demands:

The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
