Lien Negotiator. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and passionate professional who can help manage cases and negotiate medical liens with precision and care.- Draft settlement demands and manage client communications
- Negotiate with insurance companies
- Negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Work on Subrogation, MED-CAL, Medicare, etc.
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
- Negotiate Liens with medical providers and subrogation
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong knowledge of medical lien resolution, billing, and health insurance (Medi-Cal, Medicare, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in case management software (e.g., Filevine)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
