We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both guests and staff. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel facilities are in optimal condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with PEP software for tracking maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
- Oversee minor renovations and painting projects within the hotel.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff during projects or repairs.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic leadership skills with the ability to supervise other team members when necessary.
