Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner (Lead HRBP) as part of the Enterprise Human Resources (HR) Consulting team to support our partners in the Audit line of business. This is a highly collaborative position that will provide strategic HR consulting to Senior Leaders, resulting in comprehensive human capital strategies and metrics for the internal client groups.
The position will have a measurable impact on the success of the Audit team through human capital initiatives, programs, and consultation.
