Position Overview

We are hiring for a

Full-Time Infant Teacher to lead our 11-15 month-old classroom. This position will begin on:

• Start Date: August 25th
  
• This week will include orientation, paperwork, and classroom setup
  
• Classroom Opening: September 2nd, 2025
  

We are looking for an experienced, nurturing, and collaborative infant teacher who is excited to grow with us in a supportive, developmentally appropriate, and emotionally intelligent environment.

Work Schedule

• Full-time
  
• Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  
• Includes a 30-minute paid lunch
  
• Work-life balance is a core value. Unlike many centers, we do not require 9-hour shifts with unpaid breaks.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans grounded in social emotional learning
  
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  
• Provide individualized care and attention to infants during feeding, diapering, and transitions
  
• Practice Conscious Discipline and trauma-informed care in daily interactions
  
• Collaborate with coworkers and leadership to support children�s growth and curriculum goals
  
• Communicate respectfully and consistently with families about children's development and well-being
  
• Maintain documentation of developmental milestones and classroom activities
  
• Complete Pyramid Model training within the first 12 months (with a pay increase upon completion)

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• Actively working toward or completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) credentials
  
• 3+ years experience working with multiple infants at once
  
• Current CPR Certification
  
• Familiarity with state licensing requirements
  
• Ability to perform essential functions with patience, organization, and consistency
  
• Comfort using basic technology (tablet, apps, email)
