WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING✂ Lawn Care Services

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow off properties following assigned route
  
• Follow instructions for height settings, patterns, and property notes
  
• Check each job before you leave to ensure nothing�s missed
  

Equipment Use & Maintenance

• Operate zero-turn, walk-behind, and stand-on mowers
  
• Use string trimmers, edgers, and blowers with precision
  
• Perform basic checks: fuel, blades, tire pressure, cleanliness
  
• Report damaged or malfunctioning tools right away
  

Team Support & Communication

• Work closely with your Crew Leader to complete jobs on time
  
• Help load/unload equipment and clean the truck/trailer daily
  

Be respectful, helpful, and bring positive energy to the crew

Safety & Site Care

• Wear proper PPE and operate equipment responsibly
  
• Stay aware of surroundings (people, pets, obstacles) on job sites
  
• Leave every property clean, clear, and better than you found it
