• Lawn Maintenance Crew Member: Work alongside a small, dedicated team to deliver top-notch lawn care services. We�re seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. If you're a reliable team player who loves working outdoors, we want to hear from you!
  

• Experience: 1+ years in lawn maintenance preferred.
  
• Preferred experience with equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trailers.
  
• Strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
  
• Positive attitude toward work and teammates is essential.
  
• Excellent time management and clear communication.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Valid driver�s license and clean driving record preferred, but not required.
  

• Learn and perform lawn maintenance and spring/fall cleanup tasks.
  
• Arrive on time and fully prepared each day to ensure a smooth operation.
  
• Collaborate with the Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to set and achieve weekly goals.
  
• Assist with truck and equipment loading, unloading, and proper transport/storage.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites, in trucks, and with equipment.
  
• Follow safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment at all times.
