We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Lawn Care & Snow Plow Driver. This is a year-round position that includes lawn maintenance during the warmer months and snow removal in the winter. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using commercial equipment
- Perform cleanups (spring and fall)
- Maintain equipment and report any issues
- Follow job routes and instructions accurately
- Operate snow plow trucks, salt spreaders, and/or snow blowers
- Clear driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots
- Apply salt or other de-icing materials as needed
- Be available for early morning, evening, and on-call snow events
- Conduct pre- and post-storm equipment checks
- Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating lawn care and snow plow equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends during snow events
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
