Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest laundry.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Inspect and treat stains on linens before laundering.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean linens.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
- Familiarity with different fabrics and their care requirements.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. Skills:
- Ability to clean and launder linens according to established standards.
- Knowledge of dry cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Understanding of hotel industry standards for laundry operations.
