Laser/Press Brake Operator, you’ll play a key role in fabricating precision aluminum parts using brand-new, cutting-edge machinery. You'll have the opportunity to learn machine operation and software programming, contribute to product design, and help shape the future of adventure vehicle accessories.Set up and operate laser and press brake machinery with a focus on quality and safety
Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to execute high-precision cuts
Adjust machine settings for optimal efficiency and product consistency
Inspect, clean, and maintain machinery and workspaces - we aim for “Apple Store cleanâ€
Assist in designing new parts and sourcing components
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as needed
What You Bring
- Experience welcome but not required - If you have a tech background or are a fast learner, we�ll train you!
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and software-based design tools
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality craftsmanship
Strong communication and collaboration skills
