Lanphere Auto Group Warranty Specialist

Lanphere Auto Group in Beaverton is hiring an experienced Warranty Specialist to join our established warranty team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with at least one year of dealership warranty experience who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Audit repair orders and supporting documents to ensure compliance with manufacturer and internal requirements
  
• Submit warranty claims to OEMs and vendors accurately and efficiently
  
• Clean and reconcile schedules to ensure warranty payments match submitted claims and follow up on discrepancies
  
• Track claim status, rejections, and resubmissions to ensure timely reimbursement
  
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and accounting to maintain clear documentation and processes
  
• Stay current with manufacturer updates, bulletins, and compliance requirements
  

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

• MUST HAVE a minimum 1 year of experience processing dealership warranty claims
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy-especially with numbers and documentation
  
• Familiarity with DMS platforms (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
  
• Experience working with warranty schedules or reconciliation a plus
  
• Strong follow-through, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
