LANGER’S TEAM FLOOR MANAGERS


Langer’s is looking for floor managers who are outgoing, friendly, and dedicated to providing a great experience for our guests and team members. Managers are responsible for overseeing daily operations while helping to develop team members in various roles throughout the fun center. PAY AND BENEFITS:


  • Our Floor Managers start at 22.50/hour, and are eligible to receive event service charge.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Managers must be 21 or older.


Previous experience working in a family entertainment center or similar environment is preferred but not required. We will provide the necessary training to make sure you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job. All Managers complete a variety of comprehensive training programs at Langer’s.


  • OLCC and Food Handler Permits required
  • We expect our Managers to communicate effectively with all team members and guests
  • Some computer aptitude helps with managing the schedule and training programs
  • Demonstrated experience in a lead or previous supervisory role is preferred


ABOUT THE JOB:


As a member of our Management team, you will be performing the following duties:


  • Daily opening and closing duties for the facility.
  • Responsible for confirmation of end-of-day deposits.
  • Monitors team member performance to ensure that guest experience standards are consistently met.
  • Assist in completing training checklists for team members across all departments.
  • Coaches, councils, and motivate team members to ensure peak performance and positive guest experience.
  • Reports to maintenance any safety issues in a timely manner adhering to company policy and procedure.
  • Performs walk through the facility many times per day to ensure that all guest experience, safety, and cleanliness standards are being met.
  • Identifies and addresses undesirable or unsafe behavior of guests or team members in prompt and professional manner.
  • Implements emergency procedures, administers first aid, and provides CPR as needed (if certified).
  • Promptly addresses guest complaints while documenting and informing upper management of larger issues without an immediate fix.
  • Handling daily call outs and arranging shift coverage.
  • Fill in for various business functions in the restaurant and attractions areas as needed.
  • Manage breaks and meal periods daily for all scheduled team members.
  • May be asked to assist with team member interviews and new hire orientations.

SCHEDULE:


  • This is a full-time position, and you will be scheduled 40 hours per week.
  • Standard schedules are 4 - 10 hour shifts.
