Landscaping Installation Production Manager

Edward’s Lawn & Landscaping, a well-established and fast-growing residential and commercial landscape company, is seeking a Landscape Production Manager to oversee its current 2-3 enhancement crews within this division of the company. As growth continues, upwards of 3-4 enhancement crews will be under the management of this production manager.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned field crews
  
• Work alongside other account managers and operations manager
  
• Conducting and leading regular team meetings
  
• Coordinate materials, tools, and job logistics
  
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and job quality
  
• Coach and train field teams
  
• Monitor job performance and labor hours
  
• Communicate with clients and internal team
  
• Assist with managing snow and ice operations in winter
  

Our field teams primarily focus on residential and commercial enhancement and light installation projects, including but not limited too (property cleanups, mulching, pruning, tree work, drainage solutions, lawn renovation, small landscape design and planting projects, small scale hardscaping projects). We are not a design-build or landscape construction company. The majority of the work within our enhancement division consists of basic, smaller-scale landscape services delivered at high volume throughout the year.

• 3-5+ years in landscaping, construction, or a related industry
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple crews and client expectations
  
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
  

• Competitive base salary ($60K-$70K DOE)
