- Drive company vehicle (truck and trailer) safely to and from job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
- Load and unload landscaping tools, materials, and equipment daily.
- Assist with irrigation and watering of plants, trees, and gardens
- Perform tree trimming and pruning as needed
- Utilize power tools and equipment for landscaping tasks
- Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months
- Dig holes for planting and install hardscape features
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter
- Perform general groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
- Knowledge of basic horticulture practices and techniques
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
