Role: Civil Engineer/Project Manager- Site Design
Salary: $90k to $115k/Annual with Benefits
Location: Annandale, VA (Onsite)
Job Description:-
Currently seeking Civil Project Managers with 5+ years of experience in the design of land development engineering projects. Successful candidates would be based in our Annandale or Chantilly office.
- Must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- EIT certification is preferred, but not required
- Experience in designing, preparing, and processing land development applications is required
- Experience in designing, preparing, and processing land development applications in Northern Virginia jurisdictions is preferred, but not required
- Candidates must have the ability to make well-informed design decisions based on their knowledge of civil engineering concepts and locality requirements
- Contributes to the preparation of full sets of construction plans
- Ensure the quality of all work completed
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
- Creation of CAD drawings and details for site and subdivision plans
- Site Layout and utility design
- Horizontal and vertical design of roadways
- Preparation of erosion and sediment control plans
- Generating hydrologic computations for SWM facilities
- Performing pavement design computations
- Performing site distance analysis
- Preparing site work quantity take-offs.
- Coordination with internal and external engineers, architects, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
