What You’ll Do:

Work with a Purpose: Move, secure, install, and unload materials as part of essential projects that keep our community running.

• ïšœ Operate Equipment: Safely operate both light and heavy equipment on job sites, with on-the-job training provided!
  
•  Physical Tasks: Be on the move! Help with various duties such as moving tools, equipment, and materials, based on the needs of the site.
  
•  Safety First: Follow and maintain strict safety standards on every job to ensure a safe working environment for you and your team.
  
• ï› ï¸ Perform Specialized Tasks: Learn and execute specialized tasks on-site, gaining new skills and experience.
  

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Work Ethic: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in all outdoor conditions.

• + ï¸ Equipment Experience: Comfort operating various vehicles and equipment is a plus!

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, with Saturdays as needed (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, but could vary).
  
• Travel time to job sites included.
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma: A plus but not required.
  
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
  
• Safety Focused: Willing to pass a drug test, safety orientation training, and exam.
  
• Experience: Previous experience in construction or related industries preferred but not required.
