We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will do a lot of lifting, carrying, and have experience in construction, roofing, or solar . This role requires hands-on work in the sun, on residential roofs, attic spaces, closets, sheds, assisting with a wide range of tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. The Laborer will work closely with other tradespeople and supervisors to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
- Assist in lifting, boosting, setting up
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Helping to load and unload each day before and after the project
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe for all workers.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Must be able to lift / carry 50 - 100 lbs. Often climbing ladders.
- Spend long hours in the sun, in tight spaces, and on residential roof.
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Strong understanding of safety protocols .
- Have reliable transportation to get to and from the site and / or shop
- Team player. Wants to work. Takes incitive. Arrives on time, and consistently shows up to work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
