A leading industrial supplier company is seeking a Korean-English Bilingual Sales Account Manager near Johns Creek, GA.


Responsibilities - Korean-English Bilingual Sales Account Manager:


· Support current key account and maintain good relationships with customer account


· Provide customer support with consultation regarding orders and shipping/receiving processes etc.


· Coordinate successful delivery of products to customer site and perform the quality inspection on arrived products (defects, counts etc.)


· Communicate with account manager and suppliers in regards to active orders, logistics tracking, issues with products, etc.


· Track inventory level and confirm received parts status (condition, damages, quantities etc.)


· Create reports, ensure accuracy of orders, and follow up on any discrepancies or missing information


· Collaborate with other departments to determine future needs for materials / equipment / etc.


· Monitor the progress on customer’s order for status update communication and avoid any delays


· Create sales reports by using MS Excel and the company's system and report to Direct Managers periodically


· Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner


· Perform all other duties as assigned.


Requirements - Korean-English Bilingual Sales Account Manager:


· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Supply Chain Management, or related field


· Ideally have at least 1-3 years of B2B Account management experience in preferably manufacturing industry


· Experience/ knowledge in industrial purchasing/ procurement is huge plus


· Proficient Microsoft Office suite


· Business-level in both Korean and English language skills are required


· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management is MUST


· Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record


· Able to travel up to 50%


· Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment


· Comfortable working under minimal supervision
