As a Team Member you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operations at our Little Caesars Pizza locations. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and efficiency while ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during their visit.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle customer transactions.
- Support team members in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge of menu offerings.
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
