The Team Lead works with the Store Manager with daily operations of a shoe store to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards.
· Management/supervisory skills required.
· Retail experience preferred.
· Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
· Must be available various hours, including nights and weekends.
· Must be able to operate company computer systems.
· Assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and recruiting employees
· Developing customer relationships
· Promoting group purchase opportunities in the community
· Conflict resolution among secondary staffing
· Develop strategies for goal achievement
· Monitor and control payroll
· Support all aspects of inventory control
· Communicating merchandise needs to corporate office through the stores POS.
