This position will be in-office at our Reno, NV location.


What you will do:


  • Review client performance and business needs to provide a proactive support in their success.
  • Assist in client requests and any issues that arise.
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to needs and objectives.


Requirements


What you bring:


  • Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Rep.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
