A growing commercial doors and hardware supplier is looking for a Junior Hollow Metal Door & Frame Coordinator to join its team in Greensboro. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in construction supply, coordination, and logistics. No previous door and hardware experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Assist with takeoffs by reviewing architectural drawings and hardware schedules
  
• Help process and track purchase orders for doors, frames, and hardware
  
• Monitor inventory and delivery timelines for upcoming jobs
  
• Inspect products before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy
  
• Support installation teams with jobsite deliveries and basic coordination
  
• Communicate with vendors, project managers, and field crews to resolve day-to-day issues
  
• Keep clear records of deliveries, updates, and project progress
  
• Participate in shop safety training and hands-on learning
  

• Commercial construction terms and documentation
  
• Door hardware systems and their practical applications
  
• Real-world coordination of materials on active job sites
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• At least 1 year of experience in construction, warehouse work, or building materials preferred
  
• Familiarity with Avaware or similar software is a plus
  
• Valid driver�s license and ability to visit job sites as needed
  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/shop setting
  
• Willing to learn hands-on skills such as welding or hardware installation
  
• Strong attention to detail and reliable communication skills
  

• Full-time position with room to grow into estimating or project management
