- College Diploma in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and MRP systems
- Ability to read shop drawings, architectural drawings, structural drawings, and diagrams

- Find projects to bid on by working with existing General Contractors and researching using bid programs
- Respond to Invitations to Bid
- Submit substitution requests as necessary
- Perform accurate take-offs
- Follow up with GC�s to get feedback on pricing
- Maintain a list of all projects bid and their value using the ERP/MRP Quoting Module
